This 13 Days Family safari on the northern Tanzania, gives you an opportunity to capture the best moments on your adventure by offering you to spend as much time as possible inside the parks and the beauty of the country by visiting some of the local tribes known as the Hadzabe (Bushmen and the Datoga tribes) at Lake Eyasi. You will be with a professional driver guide who will make sure that you are at the right spot to capture the best moments during your tour. You will visit Arusha National Park, Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro Crater as well as Serengeti National Park where you will spend at least 4 nights since it is a huge park and has the most concentration of animails.
Upon arrival at the airport (Kilimanjaro or Arusha) you will be met by our representative and drive you to your accommodation in Arusha for overnight stay waiting for your adventures to start on the following day.

Early morning after breakfast at around 8:00am, you will meet your private driver guide who will take you to Arusha National Park which is approximately 30 minutes from your hotel in Arusha. You will have packed lunch prepared for you. Arusha National Park is one of the smallest parks in Tanzania located in Arusha which covers an area of about 552 square kilometers, it's actually a small park with a lot to see. This is a must for anyone wanting to get a closer look at the moss covered trees and the occasional red hot pokers as well as for those wanting to get up close to wildlife. Most common sightings whilst on a walking safari include buffaloes, warthogs, giraffes and a variety of birds such as the silvery cheeked hornbill, little bee-eater and the occasional long crested eagle. On the way towards the Momella Lakes, visitors are in for a treat as common waterbucks and reedbucks love to hang around the lake shore. An array of water birds like cormorants, kingfishers and beautiful flamingos are also often spotted. There are seven alkaline lakes to be seen and each lake has a different salt concentration. After lunch and extensive game viewing, you will drive straight to your hotel for relaxation, dinner and overnight stay.

Early morning after breakfast at around 8:00am, you will have a short briefing before you depart to Tarangire National Park. The park with its endless tree savannah including the impressive baobab trees and seasonal marshes is also home to the largest population of elephants in northern Tanzania. You are also likely to spot giraffes, buffaloes, lions, zebras, gnus and other types of antelopes and gazelles. Your guide will open the roof of the vehicle for excellent wildlife viewing. Hot Lunch will be served at around 12:30pm at the picnic site and after that you will continue to explore this incredible park. In the evening after exploration, you will drive straight to your accommodation near the park for dinner and overnight stay.

After an early morning breakfast, you will check-in the park and proceed with your game viewing. Lunch will be served at the picnic site and afterwards, you will proceed with your game drive. In the evening after exploration, you will drive straight to your accommodation for dinner and overnight stay.

Early morning after breakfast at, you will drive straight to Lake Manyara National Park which is also known as the home of Tree Climbing Lions and birds’ paradise. More than 500 species are present in Lake Manyara, and even for a first-time visitor to Africa might reasonably expect to observe 100 of these species in a single day. Inland of the floodplain, a narrow belt of acacia woodland is the favored haunt of Manyara’s legendary tree-climbing lions and impressively tusked elephants. Other animals that can be found here are giraffes, Zebras, hyenas, Buffalo, Hippo, elephants and wildebeests. Lunch will be served inside the park and later in the evening after exploration, you will drive straight to your accommodation for dinner and overnight stay.

Early morning after breakfast at around 8:00am, you will drive straight to Serengeti National Park passing through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Continue your journey around the crater and descend the other side, enjoying your free “African massage” on the bumpy road, passing through Maasai villages on your way to the Serengeti National Park. At the Naabi Hill entrance gate, you can walk to a viewpoint with spectacular views across the endless plains of the Serengeti. Hot lunch will be served either at the gate or en-route towards the heart of Serengeti with an incredible set up by your guide inside the bush. The Serengeti National Park is home to the largest concentration of wildlife than anywhere else on the planet. You will have an unlimited drive until in the evening where you will drive straight to your tented camp or lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Early morning after breakfast at around 8:00am or according to your preference, you will continue exploring the endless plains of the Serengeti National Park for a full day game drive. The park offers a multitude of wildlife including the Big Five – lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino and leopard. Hot lunch will be served inside the park at around 12:30pm with some soft drinks and unlimited drinking water. You will have an unlimited drive until in the evening where you will drive straight to your tented camp or lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Early morning after breakfast, you will drive straight from Serengeti to Ngorongoro conservation area en-route whereby you will arrive in the late afternoon at your accommodation on the rim of the crater for relaxation, dinner and overnight before your game drive inside the crater on the following day.

Early morning after breakfast at your accommodation, you will descend down the crater. The Ngorongoro Crater is the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera forming a spectacular bowl of about 265 square kilometres, with sides up to 600 metres deep and is home to approximately 30,000 mammals. The crater floor consists of a number of different habitats that include grassland, swamps, forests and Lakes filled by the Munge River. All these various environments attract wildlife to drink, wallow, graze, hide or climb. The crater offers a breathtakingly beautiful scenery and is the best place in East Africa to see the ‘Big Five’ (elephant, rhinoceros, buffalo, lion and rarely leopard). Any safari in northern Tanzania should ideally include a visit to the Ngorongoro Crater. It is one of the most beautiful nature safari locations in the world and an extraordinary place to meet people from the Massai tribe. The Ngorongoro Crater offers excellent birding, with over 500 species. You will have packed picnic lunch boxes with you and after having lunch at the picnic site, you will proceed with game drive until the late afternoon where you will ascend the crater and drive straight to your accommodation for dinner and overnight.

Early morning after breakfast, you will drive straight from your accommodation in Karatu and drive to Lake Eyasi. Lake Eyasi is a fascinating and unique saltwater lake located in the eastern branch of the East African Rift Valley in northern Tanzania Lake Eyasi is surrounded by the homeland of the Hadza and Datoga tribes, both of which have ancient histories and unique cultures. The Hadza people, in particular, are one of the last remaining hunter-gatherer tribes in East Africa, relying on traditional methods of subsistence. Visitors to Lake Eyasi have the opportunity to engage with the local tribes, gaining insights into their customs, daily life, and survival skills. This includes participating in hunting and gathering activities with the Hadza. After having lunch and further learning, you will drive back to your hotel in Karatu for relaxation, dinner and overnight stay.
